  • Please give information about your business so we know your product. It will help us make sure that our vendors have a variety of products.
    Food Vendors must email us before registering. DO NOT register here.
  • We will place the booth at a premium spot by the entrance. Booths will be pre-assigned. Canopies are not provided but we recommend that you get one along.

Vendor Participation at India Fest 2026

Sanskriti of NJ will hold its Annual IndiaFest at the Livingston Gazebo, 7-9 Civic Center Rd, Livingston, NJ on Sunday, August 9th, 2026.  As always, admission is FREE. Each year, we have more than 2000 people pass through during the 4 hour event.

We invite vendors to set up a booth to sell clothes, jewelry, arts & crafts, apply Mehandi or anything else that you wish to sell. We prefer that the vendors are products that are connected to India somehow but it is not a hardcore requirement.  Register using the 'Vendor Booth Registration' tab.

Deadline to register is Friday July 31, 2026.

Vendor booths: $75/booth or $100/booth for premium spots (limited spots closer to the entrance)

Food Stall: Food Stalls will be by invitation and by selection. Please email us at indiafest@sanskritiofnj.org  if you wish to put up a food stall.
